How do I place an order?
Simply go to our Contact page and fill in the online form or email us and we’ll gladly give you a quote (we do not give quotes over the phone). Email is our primary mode of communication since it’s not always possible to take a call. If needed, further details can be discussed over the phone at a later time. Reservations are taken on a first come first served basis. Please book your event as early as possible to ensure availability. 

How can I secure my date?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, along with a completed, signed contract. Your order is not confirmed until your contract and deposit are received and your date may become unavailable in the interim.

Do you deliver?
Yes we deliver within the GTA and York Region. Delivery fees vary depending on distance. For a quote, please provide us with the event location.

Can we pick up our order?
While we will do our best to advise you on how to transport your cake or desserts, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur once it has left our supervision. We will not replace or refund damaged cakes or desserts.

Do your products contain nuts?
Not all our dessert items contain nuts but may contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and alcohol. Please notify us of any potential allergies.

Do you make vegan or gluten free items?
Vegan and egg free cakes can be made upon request. Our marshmallows and most of our macaron flavours are gluten free.
